Refund Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly extend you a store credit for the full purchase price upon receipt of your return in new, unused condition.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of your return in new, unused condition, you will receive a store credit for the full purchase price of the item.

Any item that has been custom engraved is not returnable, except in the event that we did not engrave it according to the customer's specifications.

To return your item for refund or store credit, you must contact us at contact@flameforgedguild.com within 7 business days of receipt of your items to notify us of the issue, and the item must be returned to us within 14 business days, unused, in the same condition it was received in. We will exchange any item that was incorrectly customized due to our error for the same model with the correct specifications according to the original order. All items must be returned to: 8629 W Alex Ave, Peoria, AZ 85382. If an item is returned due to our error, we will pay return shipping. If an item is returned for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

We suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
